These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Doable mobile application ("the app", "Doable") provided by Draftlers ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Doable, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Doable
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
2. Your account & content
You can create an account or use the app in Guest mode. You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited rights necessary to store, sync, and display Your Content back to you as part of operating the app.
You are responsible for Your Content and must not store unlawful material or content that infringes the rights of others.
3. Advertising
The free version of Doable is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Your use of the app is also subject to Google's applicable terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data used for advertising.
4. Service availability
We work to keep Doable reliable, but the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — please keep your own backups of anything important.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draftlers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
6. Termination
You may stop using Doable at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Uninstalling the app removes data stored locally on your device.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
